About

I've been developing database-backed applications for over 18 years. I began my career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where I designed, programmed and implemented client-server applications used for corporate reporting, cost-accounting and broker payment systems.

I then moved to San Francisco, where I gained extensive experience with non-profit donor and contact management database systems while working at The San Francisco AIDS Foundation. At SFAF, I was responsible for the collection and management of $20 million in donations for consecutive California AIDS Ride campaigns. I built the database systems used to store donation records, and developed internal and web-based reporting mechanisms used to relay revenue progress to management and event participants.

More recently, I worked as a lead developer at Oncall Interactive LLC, an award-winning web application and technology solutions provider. I've designed and developed high-profile e-commerce, intranet and content management web systems for businesses large and small, including Macromedia, Lonely Planet Publications, TD Waterhouse and MetroRent, and non-profits such as The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network and Exhale.

Please feel free to contact Blue Metro Technology Consulting to discuss how I can help you effectively use the power of web and database technology to advance your organization's mission or business goals.
